Wee Kids Preschool centers devote more time and resources to teacher training than any other preschool. Twice a year we host the early childhood teacher training program for all of our centers, while offering induction training as well as curriculum training before you join Wee Kids Preschool Center. Wee Kids have a dedicated team of Academicians who are focused on research and development of early childhood curriculum. Our Academic research team focuses on curriculum as per national standards and dissemination of Play-way Methodology Curriculum provided by our partner organization- Little Elly, to suit the national standards, and also set the guidelines, training materials and learning materials to our centers.
Additionally, our National Teacher Coordinator will coordinate with each center to ensure that the standards of curriculum are followed and met, as to maintain consistency at each of our centers. Wee Kids is dedicated to developing your child's potential and is sensitive to your child's individual needs and we believe this is only possible through regular and religious training.
Our National Teacher Coordinator will train teachers from each of our centers on a regular basis and guide teachers on curriculum and support programs. Our National Teacher Coordinator will visit each center on a monthly basis and will instruct, guide and train personnel based on the performance and need of the specific center. Also, we do have a dedicated academic personnel for your day-to-day query, concerns and plan.
